la partie haute ornée de mascarons et frises d’enroulement d’acanthe et perles ; les cercles tournants reposant sur quatre piliers et deux chérubins 

Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition despite the usual minor scratches and marks due to age and use. An ormolu guarland is missing along the freize. Some minor chips to the marble which has a nice patina. Please note that we do not guarranty the working order of the mechanism which has to be checked by a clock expert.
