Condition

This work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of light wear and handling along the edges, resulting in some hairline craquelure at the pull margins. There is light and scattered craquelure throughout the colored painted areas which has caused some slight textural variation to the canvas along the top of the canvas. There are areas where it is evident that there were air bubbles in the paint that have since evaporated, leaving a lighter colored spot, particularly in the red painted area at the bottom left of the canvas. There are also some scattered accretions on the bottom left of the canvas. Under Ultraviolet light there is no evidence of restoration. Unframed.
