This work is in very good and sound condition overall. There are a few losses to the enamel on the underside of the bird figures, and evidence of wear to a few points where the sculpture comes into contact with the wall. Surface irregularities and holes in the surface of the ceramic appear inherent to the medium and the artist's working method.
