The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The right and lower edges are deckled. The sheet is attached verso to the backing board in several places. There are three artist's pinholes along the upper edge, and one at the centre of the lower edge. Extremely close inspection reveals a few minute and unobtrusive hairline cracks in some of the thicker areas of yellow pigment.
