Condition
Bon état général.
Quelques traces d'oxydation éparses sur le corps et dans la chevelure au dos. Quelques rares et fines petites rayures également par endroits. Des égrenures aux angles de la base en marbre.
Overall very good condition. The sculpture has a complex, beautifully layered patina, displaying rich and subtle color variations. The surface throughout with a few light and minor surface scratches. The lower portion of the figures body on the front and reverse with light surface wear and rubbing to the patina consistent with age and gentle handling. Other areas with some minor traces of verdigris consistent with age, including on the reverse midsection, reverse side of the figure's neck and a few small areas on the bronze base. The marble base with some edge wear and small losses to the corners.
