Description

comprising two tiles, moulded and painted in underglaze cobalt blue, turquoise, manganese, pink, and outlined in black, featuring a courtly scene with princes and attendants within a palace, with flower and bird borders

Condition

Mounted on custom stand, right tile with remains of old collection label to front, both with breaks with associated restoration including minor overpainting, some abrasions to edges, as viewed.
