Catalogue Note

(...) After testing the potentials of two-dimensionality on the canvas which led him the creations of paintings labelled as sculptures, Bonalumi goes back to the surface, intensifying it with new and more complex games of solids and emptiness, imperceptible vibrations, suspended geometries, embellishing this phase of his career giving his body of work a more deep, complicated and intense feeling.(...)
