VENTE AU PROFIT DU MAGASIN - CENTRE NATIONAL D'ART CONTEMPORAIN, GRENOBLE

Créé en 1986 le MAGASIN - Centre National d'Art Contemporain de Grenoble, s'est imposé depuis lors comme l'un des lieux majeurs de découverte qui a consacré ses cimaises aux artistes parmi les plus importants de leur génération. S'y sont succédés Richard Prince, Anish Kapoor, Daniel Buren, John Baldessari, ou quelques années plus tard Xavier Veilhan, Philippe Parreno, Liam Gillick, Yan Pei-Ming, et plus récemment encore Adel Abdessemed, Kelly Walker et bien d'autres. Ils ont pu concevoir des expositions qui ont marqué leur carrière et créer des oeuvres originales qui figurent dans les plus prestigieuses collections. 
Aujourd'hui le MAGASIN fait appel à leur soutien pour maintenir son activité et développer son projet de recherche. 
Sotheby's a l'honneur et le plaisir de présenter aux enchères ces dix oeuvres inédites.

Since its creation in 1986, le MAGASIN- Centre National d'Art Contemporain in Grenoble, has become one of the major place of discovery that has dedicated its walls to the most talented artists of their generation: such as Richard Prince, Anish Kapoor, Daniel Buren, John Baldessari, or some years after Xavier Veilhan, Philippe Parreno, Liam Gillick, Yan Pei-Ming, and more recently Adel Abdessemed, Kelly Walker and many others. There, they designed exhibits that marked their career , they created original artworks that are now parts of the most prestigious collections. 
Today le MAGASIN is appealing to their support in order to maintain its activity and develop its research project.
