Oil on panel. Surface generally in good condition. Under ultraviolet light: uneven varnish, no apparent sign of inpainting.

Adirondack View depicts scenery near Kent's farm, Asgaard, in the Adirondack region of New York.  Asgaard served as a residence from 1928 until the artist's death, and the surrounding area proved a significant and meaningful source of inspiration for Kent.
