Condition

Overall very good original condition. With a few minor air bubbles and inclusions scattered throughout the shade and base, inherent in the making. With a few shallow surface scratches scattered throughout. With some light surface soiling to the molded design localized around the top of the domed shade and the recessed contours of the applied dragonfly decoration. The shade arms with some light surface scratches, rubbing and oxidation to the patina, with wear localized to the outer terminals where the shade is placed, which are obscured once the shade is placed. With some light surface dirt to the recessed contours of the floral design of the central mount. There is a small and minor edge fleck to the top rim of the standard, which is not visible once the shade mount is placed on the standard. This table and shade appears to retain all the original hardware. With beautifully rendered applied dragonfly decoration to the shade and base and an impressionistic presentation of pale blue, deep amethyst, and green cameo glass with highlights of bright yellow accentuating the floral decoration. The central bronze mount displays a (rare) delicately rendered floral design, which complements the motif and coloration of the glass. With a single socket fitted for a bayonet-style bulb. The lamp is electrically stable and fitted with a US plug.
