Condition

This painting is in original unlined condition. The paint layer is stable, though there is finely patterned craquelure throughout, faint stretcher bar impressions, and minor frame abrasion around the perimeter. Under UV, isolated spots of inpainting fluoresce in the boat at right, and in two short horizontal lines in the shore at left.
