  • silver gilt, enamel and pearls
  • diameter 61 mm
• gilt two train movement, lever escapement, bi-metallic compensation balance, slide repeat, pinned disc music, gilt-metal cuvette engraved with details of the movement • white enamel dial, Roman numerals, center seconds • the case back polychrome enameled with a lively scene of a lion hunt, depicting a turbaned hunter astride a horse shooting a lion, with another hunter in the foreground and elephant in the background within a palm tree laden landscape, bezel set with split pearls • dial, movement and cuvette signed

Condition

An unusual example and highly reccomend, that said there are some condition issues including enamel panel with some losses at edges, running but will require a cleaning, the music work fully wound and not releasing the hand setting arbor stripped, some oxidation to the slide.
