Condition

Running at the time of cataloguing, however may require service soon. Has been serviced by Patek Philippe in 2005-2006, during which the dial was replaced. Case slightly polished. That said, overall very attractive and case, dial, and movement in good condition. Bracelet circumference 180 mm.

The present lot, known as the 'Jumbo' model, is the largest of the vintage Nautilus series.  Reference 3700 was launched in 1976 and was designed to be water-resistant up to 120 meters; its final official listing was in the 1986 Patek Philippe catalogue.  Reference 3700 is illustrated in Huber, M. & Banbery, A., Patek-Philippe Wristwatches, Second Edition, pp. 231-232.
