“This sheet of 10/- Postage Stamps – 40 set – was taken in the presence of the Superintendent in charge at the Factory of Messrs. Bradbury Wilkinson & Sons, New Malden, for the registration of the first print of stamps on paper supplied by Messrs. Wm. Joynson & Son.
