executed in great detail, the Mother of God wearing a blue tunic and a red mantle, her had covered with a pink veil, the hems richly decorated with gold chrysography and simulated gem stones, the Christ Child dressed in a blue tunica and an orange coloured mantle, similarly jewelled and highlighted in gold, Christ holding his Mother's hand while looking up at the angels flying towards Him bearing the instruments of Passion 

Condition

A restored crack in the panel running from top to bottom, some damage to the gold ground, some minimal retouching, overall excellent condition
