Condition

This warm-toned print, on double-weight paper with a faint surface sheen, is in generally very good condition. The print is trimmed to the image, the edges are rubbed, and the corners are rounded. There is a very small loss of emulsion to the tip of the lower left corner. Small deposits of original retouching are visible overall in raking light. Upon close examination, several small sharp creases and scratches (the longest of which measures 2-and-1/2 inches) are also visible; these do not detract from this rich, attractive print. The reverse of the print is age-appropriately darkened, soiled, and there are tiny dark deposits, possibly ink, scattered overall.
