Condition

This impressive print, on double-weight paper with a surface sheen, is in generally excellent condition. When examined in raking light, there is a faint indention at the lower right quadrant. It is mounted on a white board, which is rubbed and has some age-darkening at the edges. It has 'E' in red ink and '148' in pencil in the lower margin corner, and there are red ink guide lines at intervals. The reverse of the board is soiled, and the edges are age-darkened. There is a strip of adhesive remains across the top edge. On the reverse are the following stamps: 'Famous Photographers School, Wilton Road, Westport, Conn.,' 'Please Return to Art Archives Graphics Building - Original Art,' and FPS Lesson stamp with '15' and 'P.O.' in black ink.a
