Condition
The canvas has a loose relining. The paint surface is secure if a little thin, particularly in the browns of the lower half of the painting and the paint is very worn in the lower left corner.
Inspection under UV light reveals scattered retouchings and strengthenings throughout the painting, most notably in the sky.
