Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. There is evidence of light wear and handling, resulting in some hairline craquelure at the pull margins and minor losses at the corners. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, two areas to the right of the dollar sign fluoresce brightly but appear to be media residue from an earlier screen, which seems inherent to the artist's working method. Unframed. *Please note the auction begins at 9:30 am on November 14th.*

Catalogue Note

"Being good in business is the most fascinating kind of art. During the hippie era people put down the idea of business - they'd say 'money is bad,' and 'working is bad,' but making money is art and working is art and good business is the best art." - Andy Warhol
