Catalogue Note

A fine volume containing colourful drawings of the thirteen loggie in the Vatican designed by Raphael for Leo X, which were presented to the archbishop of Prague during his visit to Rome in about 1824. Engravings of the thirteen loggie had been published in the 1770s (BAL RIBA 2710).
