Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition despite the inevitable scratches and marks throughout due to age and handling. The central mount under the dial and the needles of the dial are loose and has to be refixed properly. The gilding of the mounts is tarnished and rubbed. The brass is also tarnished. The marquetry has been restored and there are some small losses throughout. The brass of the marquetry is lifting in some places especially on the lateral sides of the bracket. Please note that we do not guarranty the working of the mechanism.
