The oval sapphire inset with a cushion-shaped diamond, within a surround of circular-cut diamonds, size 43, one diamond deficient, central jewel detachable.

Condition

Central diamond measuring approximately 9.95 x 8.90 mm, depth not measurable due to mounting. Light blue sapphire with typical crystal inclusions, minor nicks. Smaller diamonds bright and lively, one deficient. Central part detaches in pulling out the clasp on the side. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In overall good condition. Gross weight approximately 23 grams.
