Description

  • Height 25 in. (63.5 cm)
The haloed bodhisattva seated on a draped, cushioned throne, richly ornamented, clad in diaphanous garments, his hands displaying dharmachakra mudra, his full, rounded face with downcast eyes and pursed lips bearing a compassionate expression, his head crowned by an elaborate jeweled turban.

Condition

Crack to left wrist. Minor loss to right fingertips, halo, crown and sash elements. Chips to right side of robe and left arm, loss of both earrings. Tip of the nose consolidated
