Condition

Oil on unlined canvas. The picture surface is in overall good condition with bright colors and fresh impasto. Some areas of craquelure and pigment separation in the more heavily painted passages. Under UV light, there are no apparent inpaints visible. Work on paper: Charcoal and colored pencil over pencil on paper. Light and mat stain and surface dirt. Handling creases and a hard vertical crease 1 1/4 in. from the right edge extending the height of the sheet. Other hard creases are visible along the center of the right and left edges. In overall fair condition. Verso: surface dirt and handling creases.
