Condition

Painted over glass which is in good condition. UV examination reveals some small spots of retouching along the upper left edge and there is an uneven varnish which causes some areas to fluoresce. There are a few spots of paint loss to the black paint in the lower left area, and a few scattered spots along the upper edge. This work is in overall very good condition. Colours: overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, the glass creates a glossier effect in the original.
