Condition

Illustration is a little too bright. Dial in good condition, velvet replaced, hands have some surface rust. Movement is very dirty and not running, escapement and suspension altered. With pendulum. Case is very dirty and with much lifting and damage to inlays, mounts are very dirty and some appear to have been painted with gold paint.
