Condition

Sevres part service: Tureen and cover: The yellow ground of the tureen appears to have been oversprayed; however, there is no damage apparent on the interior of the cover. The tureen is restored around the foot; the overspray extends up the sides. Similarly, there is no damage apparent to the underside of the base or the interior of the base. The overspray may be covering some retouching to the flaking or wear of the yellow ground. Octagonal footed dishes: One has similar restoration to the yellow-ground area of the interior. The coffee pot and cover: The handle has been broken off and restored back. There is some restoration and regilding to the top of the spout. Its cover has some wear to the gilding. Coffee cans and saucers: One coffee can has a large section of the side broken and restored back with two associated restored chips. Another has a small chip to its foot. One saucer has a minor flat chip to the rim edge. Plates and saucers all have some very minor occasional rubbing to the yellow ground in spots. Teacups and saucers: One teacup has two small chips to the foot; another has a tiny pinhead chips to the foot. Modern service: Generally all in good condition apart from some minor occasional wear to the inner gilt edge border around the cavetto on the plates.
