Catalogue Note

The ultimate copy of the literary sensation of the year comprising a near mint first edition of Rowling's first novel published under a pseudonym. The novel was published in April 2013 and the news of its authorship broke on 14 July 2013. This copy includes the hologram sticker issued by the author's office to authenticate signatures in addition to a typed letter signed by Rowling's personal assistant, dated 19 July 2013. A panel providing the addressee's full name and address has been removed.
