Catalogue Note
"Henid, a term coined by Otto Weininger depicts a subconscious 'feeling'. A vague, unformed idea, an undifferentiated thought. A proto-thought. The mould of our characters is born from the realm of henids. It rises into existence reaching limits of our spiritual strength and then falls back into oblivion. Slowly, like a wave of death that rolls over life. Extinction that is followed by Rebirth." Levan Varazi, friend of the artist, January 2011
