Condition

Original canvas. There is a faint diagonal craquelure pattern across the surface. This appears stable however, the work clean and in good overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals a few small areas of retouching around some of the edges of the clouds. Held in an attractive arched gilt plaster frame, ready to hang.
