  • Cloisonne
composée de trois compartiments s'emboîtant surmontés d'un couvercle, chacun décoré sur la façade d'un lotus rouge épanoui au centre entouré de rinceaux feuillagés et de rangs de perles sur fond turquoise, le même lotus se répétant sur les côtés parmi des motifs archaïsants, la poignée émaillée en bleu foncé et agrémentée sur les cotés latéraux de dragons ajourés en bronze doré (6)

Thence in the family by descent.

Condition

The box is generally in good condition with expected small losses to the enamels particularly to the handle, corners and along the edges ; some wear to the gilding as expected as well as light scratches due to age and use.
