le 11ème Karmapa représenté assis vêtu d'une riche robe, sa main droite en bhumisparsa mudra, tenant un vase dans la main gauche, deux moines de part et d'autre encadrant un autel chargé d'emblèmes bouddhistes et objets précieux, cinq divinités trônant dans les cieux et trois gardiens au premier plan

Condition

There are numerous diagonal and vertical creases scattered in the painting with associated losses of pigment, particularly on the left hand side and lower part of the painting. There are some small areas where the pigment is gone and there are traces of water damage or humidity along the right hand side of the painting. There is an inscription in black ink along the bottom of the reverse of the painting.
