l'intérieur finement gravé d'une pivoine épanouie entourée d'une bande de pivoines dans des rinceaux feuillagés, ce motif se répétant sur le pourtour extérieur, monture en bronze doré

Condition
The bowl is in overall very good condition. It is mounted on a gilt-bronze stand which has not been removed. The carving is crisp, the glaze on the exterior glossy. There is a ca. 10cm wide dark band visible on the exterior and interior where the glaze misfired. There is some wear to the glaze on the lower part of the exterior of the bowl and wear to the glaze in the centre of the bowl.
