Condition

Executed on very thin beige wove paper, laid down on thick wove paper by the artist (who then titled the work on the mount). The edges of the sheet are irregular, notably in the upper right corner. There are a few small restored tears to the edge of the sheet which are for the most part not visible when framed. A close inspection reveals a small hole in the sheet towards the lower right corner and a flattened crease running horizontally down the centre of the composition (as visible in the catalogue illustration). Apart from some time-staining, notably around the edges, this work is in overall good stable condition.
