Condition

Very good condition for objects of this age and type. Marks, nicks, scratches, and abrasions throughout consistent with age and ritual handling. Two figures with minor chips to the eyes. All figures with lead-inlaid pupils; two figures with the proper left lead pupil missing. One figure with an insect casing in crevice between proper right foot and integrally-carved base. All with fine rubbed medium brown patina and crusty remains of ritually-applied clay. Remnants of various paper labels on undersides. Metal rings with some surface cracking and losses.
