Condition
The panel is slightly bowed convex along the upper and lower edges. Apart from some minor retouching, notably a vertical 5cm stroke in the arch to the right, some frame rubbing at the extreme edges, and a varnish that has yellowed slightly with time, overall this work is in good condition.
Held in a decorative gold-painted wood and plaster frame, with acorn and oak leaf ornaments. There is a "31" label on the panel in the lower left, just visible framed.
