To the naked eye: The painting is in relativly good condition. Painted on an oak panel, made with one non craddle plank. There is a very small support piece at the reverse of the panel in the lower left corner. Painting is under a dirty old varnish. There are three small lacks in the lower part, one at the right of the basket, one in the upper part in the trunk and one in the center of the composition at the right of the Virgen. Under UV lamp: Under a green uniform varnish. Some slight old retouchings in the sky in the center. Restorations in the face of the Virgen and in the body of the child.
