in the form of a heart, the front pavé set with rose-cut diamonds centring a circular-cut ruby, pendant loop, struck with workmaster's initials, 56 standard, scratched inventory number 71843, in original Fabergé wood box

Condition

The reverse is lacking its backing/ glazing but otherwise in excellent condition and very sweet. The chain is a replacement, probably Austrian.
