in rococo taste, the base exuberantly cast as an elongated cartouche with raised scroll edges and rocaille wave ends, the front applied with a sprig of leaves, aventurine quartz spherical pot, the lid with swirling gadroon lid, struck with workmaster's initials and Fabergé in Cyrillic, 88 standard

Condition

Generally in very good condition, the stone pot sits slightly unevenly; the stone may be a later replacement; chips to its base rim. Very good weight and nicely cast and chased
