The flexible strap set with 48 round and oval-shaped rubies weighing approximately 29.00 carats, centered by a rectangular diamond weighing approximately 1.25 carats, accented by round and baguette diamonds weighing approximately 19.65 carats, length 6¾ inches, signed Cartier London, numbered 04132; circa 1935.

Condition

In good condition, witih some light surface scratching commensurate with wear. The diamonds are approximately G-I color, VS-SI clarity. The rubies are a medium slightly purplish red, with some examples of a more pinkish hue, lightly to moderately included with some examples of surface-reaching inclusions and chipping at the girdles. Fitted with two safety closures. Well-made, highly flexible, and lays nicely when worn. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 53849 stating that an excess of 50% of the rubies were tested and are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Please note that although the bracelet is signed Cartier, we cannot confirm its authorship. The revised estimate is $30,000-50,000.
