Description

  • platinum, gold, diamond
The delicate three-loop bow of openwork design set with 34 old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 9.50 carats, accented by numerous smaller old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 21.25 carats.

Condition

In very good condition, particularly considering the brooch's age. The diamonds are approximately F-I color, VS-SI clarity. The brooch bears a very nice heft, and the metalwork is fine and detailed, with an extremely strong three-dimensionality. The back of the brooch is fitted with a screw hole presumably used to attach to another piece at some time in the past.
In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
