Platinum and Diamond Necklace/Bracelet Combination, Harry Winston, Circa 1956

Designed as a highly flexible graduated wreath set with 4 pear-shaped diamonds weighing 8.50 carats, completed by smaller pear-shaped diamonds together weighing 49.72 carats, and marquise-shaped diamonds weighing 15.32 carats, length of necklace 13¾ inches, detaches into four sections, lengths 6¼, 3¼, 3¼ and 1 inches, unsigned.  With fitted box signed Harry Winston and 'Nancy Hamon' embossed on exterior.

In good condition, the mounting with gentle surface wear. Well made and wonderfully flexible. Each section fitted with a safety clasp. Set with 4 larger pear-shaped, 70 smaller pear-shaped and 74 marquise-shaped diamonds. Approximately F-H color, VVS-VS clarity with the occasional I-J color, SI clarity example. Unsigned but authenticated by Harry Winston; the copy of the 1958 Winston appraisal is available upon request. Fitted with retractable pendant loop. All 4 segments are fitted with safety closures.
