Description

The articulated bracelet composed of eight oval to rectangular modified sapphires framed by fleur de lys motifs set with cushion-shaped, circular-, single-cut and rose diamonds, length approximately 184mm.

Provenance

August von Finck (1898-1980), thence by descent.

Condition

Mounted in silver-topped gold. Sapphires estimated to weigh a total of approximately 21.00 - 21.50 carats, single weights ranging between approximately 1.60 to 3.60 carats, few crystal inclusions, several scratches, nicks and abrasions on the surface. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 8.00 carats, on average of H-J colour and VS-I clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Clasp secure, safety chain. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use and age. In good condition.
