Set with a step-cut sapphire of superb colour weighing 39.00 carats, between triangular diamond shoulders, size 52, sizing band.

Additionally accompanied by Gübelin report no. 12110116, stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating, and that the colour variety of the sapphire may also be called 'royal blue' in the trade. Stamped Pt 950. Numbered 3838 and 351-50 on inside of band. According to the SSEF report, the sapphire measures 21.64 x 15.59 x 10.96 mm, and weighs 39.004 carats; the stone is clean to the naked eye, with minor abrasions to facet edges, few small nicks on crown, for further information please refer to the report. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 1.50 carat each, G-I colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use, ring sizer. In good condition.
