The brooch designed as a flowering branch gathered by a ribbon, set with calibré-cut rubies, circular-cut and rose diamonds; the ring set at the centre with an emerald carved with the profile of a hunting dog, the frame and shoulders set with rose diamonds, size 471/2.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Rubies well matched in colour. Emerald with few scratches, nicks and abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 8.00 - 8.50 carats, on average of H-J colour and VS-I clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use, some discolouration to the brooch. In overall good condition.
