Catalogue Note

The present lot is considered by the collectors one of the rarest military wristwatch ever made. Delivered to the Italian Military Air Force just after the WWII in few examples, it features a 24 hours dial and a 16 minute chronograph register. Those rare and unusual functions on a split-second chronograph were especially made for astronomical night flights.
