Featuring a natural pearl drop measuring approximately 7.9 by 7.0 mm, accented by 20 button-shaped pearls measuring approximately 4.5 to 4.1 mm, further set with numerous old mine, round and old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 13.00 carats, the necklace gathered at the sides by flame motifs, length 15ΒΌ inches, circa 1900, 12 small rose-cut diamonds missing.

Condition

In good condition overall, with some discoloration and scratching to the gold commensurate with wear. The pearl drop shows a creamy white body color, with greenish gray overtones, satiny luster, with some peeling to the skin and an open drill hole at the bottom. The remaining pearls of similar quality. Diamonds approximately H-K color, SI-I clarity, with some stones showing significant chips. Necklace is very flexible. Accompanied by GIA report no. 2145808876 stating that the pearl drop is natural, saltwater. Please note that there are 12 small rose-cut diamonds missing from the necklace. Please note that the 20 button-shaped pearls have not been tested for natural origin.
