Description

The first a Rare Needlework Sampler, Pamela Andersen, dated January 17, 1785, worked in silk on linen, signed Pamela Andersen, January 17, 1785, (Height 17 in. by Width 12 in.); the second a Needlework sampler by Hannah Robinson, dated 1791, worked in silk on linen, signed Hannah Robinson Daughter of Hardy and Mary Robinson was born November 15, 1791 worked this in the 10th year of her age. On the original wood backing and green tape. (Height 23 1/2  in. by Width 17 1/4  in. ); the third a Needlework sampler by Mary Ann Blake, dated 1835, worked in silk on a linen ground; signed Mary Ann Blake's Work, Aprilth 28 1836 Aged 12 Years. (Height 15 1/4  in. by Width 12 1/4  in.)

Robinson: Stained and discolored. Blake: In what appears to be the oringinal frame.
