Condition
Originally with iron trestle. Central stretcher later but veneered with original ebony and ivory. All four feet retipped up to stretcher. With scattered age and construction cracks; most to ebony. Scattered small losses to ebony; most now restored with minor patches and/or infill. Slight buckling to areas of top. Ivory with scattered fine hairline age cracks and losses; now restored with white composit infill. Minor old worm damage to underside of stretchers; not extensive. In good overall condition.
