intricately carved in the form of a two-tiered boat consisting of screened rooms divided by pierced panels, with figures standing on the prow and upper deck, the upper deck similarly carved with screened rooms and a promenade lined with jardinières of plants, with stand and glass display case

Condition

This boat is generally in good condition, but there is a repaired section to the central pierced panel to the stern and a repair to the front left panel of the roof. There is minor damage to one of the small side panels at the top of the stern and some chips to the piece that links the two parts of the stern at the top. One of the ivory panels to the hull is missing (7cm by 2.5cm) and there is a chip to the adjacent panel. There is also a hole to each side of this area, which pionts to a missing piece and one panel of the rudder is missing. One of the figures has become detached.
